CLINICS & AESTHETICS

Turn the price question into an appointment.

Most messages to a clinic line start with "how much." When the answer is late — or is only a number — the conversation ends. Bekir meets the question, explains the treatment, and closes the appointment in the same chat.

01

The costliest loss is answered but unclosed.

In aesthetics and healthcare the decision takes time and patients message several places at once. They go to the clinic that gives the first serious, patient, clear answer.

01

Conversations given only a price

A patient who hears a number and goes away to think doesn't come back. Bekir gives the price with its context: what the treatment is, how many sessions, what happens after.

02

Questions arriving while the doctor is busy

During hours the doctor is with patients and the desk is on the phone. Messages queue; Bekir builds no queue.

03

Evening and weekend traffic

Patients research clinics outside working hours. The hours you're closed are the hours you get the most messages.

04

The medical-advice boundary

Bekir doesn't diagnose or recommend treatment. Anything needing clinical judgement goes to the doctor — the line is drawn in writing at setup.

02

It walks the first step of the patient journey.

Bekir doesn't stand in for the doctor; it shortens the road to the doctor.

01 Explains price and packages

Treatment, session count and package differences, explained with the pricing policy you set; never negotiating past your limit.

02 Books appointments

Finds an available doctor and slot, writes the appointment to the calendar and takes on the reminder.

03 Collects intake information

Gathers what's needed before the appointment (area, previous treatments, medication) and passes it to the file.

04 Gives preparation instructions

Sends the do's and don'ts before a treatment, in the wording you wrote.

05 Defers medical questions

Doesn't answer diagnosis, treatment or medication questions; passes them to the doctor and tells the patient.

06 Follows up

Tracks the check-up appointment and session interval, and messages the patient when it's due.

You draw the line: what Bekir may decide and where it brings you in is defined together at setup. Need something built for your own process?

03

Clinic questions

Does Bekir give medical advice?

No. It does not diagnose, or recommend treatments or medication. Every question requiring clinical judgement goes to the doctor; this boundary is defined in writing at setup.

How is patient data protected?

A mutual NDA is signed before setup, the clinic runs in its own isolated instance and memory is kept encrypted. Where the data sits and how long it is kept is written into the contract.

Can it connect to our appointment calendar?

We handle the need to connect to your appointment system in the setup call. Without a connection, it books using the availability rules you define.

We'd rather it didn't give prices — is that possible?

Yes. You can have it share no price, give a range, or say the figure is discussed after the consultation.

How does it handle an unhappy patient?

It calms and listens, but promises no remedy or refund; it summarises the conversation and hands it to a manager.
